Many of us haven’t even looked at our Vulvas properly. Porn has fashioned us into thinking all vulvas should look a certain way, but they all look different – and that’s a good thing!

It’s a body part we tend to not pay attention to or we feel ashamed of, this worksheet is to help you get comfortable with your vulva and give it the love it deserves – after all, it does some pretty amazing things!

All you have to do is print it out and write down all the positive things about your vulva in between the creases and learn to love and appreciate it (you can even share it on Insta – don’t forget to tag us!)
